Our beautiful retro VW T25 campervan Frieda is ready and waiting to be your holiday friend and provider. She's in perfect working order after many years of love, care and significant investment! The interior is all original VW autosleeper and she never fails to start. She is also now cruising with an automatic gearbox which makes driving an absolute breeze! In general it's easy to navigate Frieda since the width of the van is the same as a normal car and there is no bonnet to worry about.The front seats are the classic 'captains' chairs, spinning round to create a cosy living room area when the two tables are quickly popped into their floor pockets.For power you have a 240V hook up in the side with a long cable provided and a brand new leisure battery which supplies power to the 12V lights internally and allows charging of small devices as well as music through the bluetooth stereo when you are parked up and relaxing. The leisure battery recharges as you drive so you don't need to worry about finding places to recharge along your route.For wining and dining there are all the amenities you will need - 2 ring hob, grill, 3 way fridge, sink and tap connected to the 60 litre fresh water tank, plentiful storage including all the necessary crockery, pots, pans, utensils. The 3 way fridge has a small freezer compartment and can run on gas, 240v electric or 12v electric.Sleeping is very comfortable with a double bed on the bottom that comes from the original rock and roll bed that slides down into position from the rear seats. For sleeping in the hi-roof you simply slide a panel across and then use the little ladder to get into the cosy space up top. This is suitable for two small people or one large one.There is a large portable toilet (Portapotti 165 21 litres) cleverly disguised as a seat box which can be used to avoid having to go outside for any nighttime pees! A powerful portable shower and water bag are included with an external shower/toilet tent (Zempire Pocket Rocket Utility )There is an awning which clips to the side of the van to give some additional shade and extend the internal space. Also useful if it's raining! An outdoor table and camping chairs are included along with a crucible style BBQ/fire pit so you can relax comfortably beside the van.For chillier nights, there is a gas heater in the rear of the van which will make the van nice and toasty.There can be a 3 bike rack on the back if requested.She cruises at 60 mph on the motorway comfortably and is guaranteed to have you smiling as you smoothly drive, not needing to worry about gear changes, just enjoying the scenery and the company.Fully comprehensive insurance and breakdown cover ifor any where in the UK is all included in the price.If you have any questions or specific requests, please feel free to get in touch!Optional extras, which can be included in the van on request, just let us know what you wish to have in the van!- BBQ / fire pit - Outdoor table- Badminton net- Futon- Pillows / Duvets- Bed sheets- Additional chairs- Rugs- Tarpaulin- Hammocks- 5 man inflatable dinghy - very comfy, like a big sofa with oars- 3 man inflatable canoe.
