We was lucky enough to find Bertie on the Camperbug website and even better he was situated in our home town After signing up and logging in to the website the journey for us began - the whole process was seamless - Berties owners are genuine people. Communication was instant and informative - wed never hired a Campervan before so obviously we had lots of questions which was answered politely and immediately nothing was too much trouble we even went to see Bertie a couple of times before our trip loaded with more questions I would highly recommend hiring this Campervan it was just perfect and so was Berties owners. The van comes fully loaded with everything you need for your adventure. We had a wonderful time with Bertie - Thank you

Perfect for our requirements three adults for a long weekend away. We were given a very thorough run-through of the camper at check-out, with demonstrations of the critical or fiddly aspects of using the camper. It drives well, and sleeps well, and we will certainly be looking to hire it again next year.
