Cherry Hinton Caravan Club Site is an imaginatively landscaped park, providing guests with the feel of being in the heart of the lush countryside while resting just 2-minutes by bus from the thriving, world-renowned city of Cambridge. The site welcomes tents, small campervans, motorhomes and caravans to pitch or park up on a mix of grass and hardstanding bases with optional electricity and use the centrally located site for days of urban adventures and countryside capers. This terraced campsite offers spacious, marked-out pitches, many shaded by lush foliage spilling out onto the park from the green surroundings. The standard facilities like toilets, hot showers, a washing up area, laundry, drinking water points, gas exchange, recycling conveniences, chemical disposal, and Wi-Fi are available. Designated wheelchair-friendly features are also accessible. Many campers are quick to note how surprisingly quiet the campsite is, despite its urban location. Cherry Hinton is an excellent base for exploring the buzzing city of Cambridge and its renowned attractions. There are good transport links within easy reach of the campsite for guests who’d prefer to avoid expensive parking charges and congested roads during the bustling summer months. National Trust properties like Anglesey Abbey and Wickham Fen are within easy reach. There is an excellent selection of pubs nearby, including the Robin Hood and Little John pub that sell fresh, reasonably priced meals. Pets welcome.
