A lovely pub at the bottom of the hill is perfect for post-exertion drinks, and this is one of the few camping spaces where one can camp alongside wandering sheep. Walkers and climbers are in a handy spot for getting out and about, and the site is a 10-minute uphill stroll, ensuring a relatively small camping crowd at any given time. Dogs are welcome; facilities consist of a toilet block, a washing-up area, and drinking water taps.
