Park Grange Holidays is a family-friendly compact campsite nuzzled amid the undulating Shropshire Hills and sprawling hay hills near the Ironbridge Gorge. The quiet park rests on a spacious 24 acres and affords spectacular vistas over the verdant countryside. Families will find a safe and secluded area for relaxed camping stays complete with friendly ponies, goats, and abundant local wildlife. Fishing ponds delight angling enthusiasts, while active types can look forward to exploring beautiful wooded areas brimming with a variety of flora and fauna. This Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site only rest 1.5 miles from the picturesque village of Morville, which holds a magnificent church built in 118 A.D. The cheery owners live and work on the base, conserving the old hay meadows, which date back over 250 years. Campers can opt to kick back on the campsite or rumble out to attractions within easy driving distance, including Ironbridge Gorge Museums, the settlements of Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock, and Shrewsbury, the birthplace of legendary Charles Darwin. Park Grange Holidays has five touring holiday homes, each equipped with electric hook-ups, water and T.V. points. There is a large play area for the kids and fishing on a catch and return basis. Pets welcome but must remain on a lead at all times.
