Nature lovers of all ages and abilities will fall right in love with this spectacular location, with easy access to mile upon mile of National Trust and wildlife walks kicking off right from the campsite entrance. Explore renowned attractions like Ironbridge Gorge and buzzing Shrewsbury, located an easy drive away, or potter around the nearest town, Much Wenlock, which holds several walking trails crisscrossing the town and enveloping countryside. Take in the scenery from a different angle as you glide along on the River Severn, or give your credit card a workout at the large mammoth shopping centre in Telford. Explore the castle in Shrewsbury, followed by a visit to Attingham Park, which holds a mansion and herds of deer. Stock up on barbeque bits and marshmallows for campfires and barbeques back at the base, under the sparkling night sky.
