If you’re the type to leave your campervan or motorhome behind in favour of long walks and scenic cycling or prefer to explore the area via public transport, Oaklands Farm might be the perfect base for you. Use the site as your centre point for walking east to Warwick along the shimmering Grand Union Canal towpath or potter around the ruins of Warwick Castle before heading out for a refreshing drink at a lovely pub of choice. If you’re too tired to walk back, hop on the train returning to Warwick Parkway Station, and the site is easy to reach via the towpath back to the campsite. Oaklands is a well-maintained basic Certificated Site, with grassed pitches and no electric connections for member-exclusive stays. Touring vehicle owners share access to limited amenities, including a toilet block, freshwater taps, and chemical disposal. Dogs are welcome.
