Castle View is a lovely Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The booking process is straightforward, and a friendly team will greet you on arrival and show you to the allotted pitch. Plots are well-spaced on a lovely grassy field, which is well-drained, flat and holds four hardstanding pitches. Amenities are spotless, and the spacious shower is free for guests and offers a powerful hot water supply if required. A communal room with a washer, a fridge with a freezer, and other equipment are available for guest use, and a lovely meadow provides ample space for walking cooped-up canines. The closest beach that doesn’t involve clambering down a muddy bank is Fraisthorpe, which holds a beautiful clean beach and miles of walks for humans and canines.
