Moorgarth Farm is back to basics campsite, best suited for guests who prefer minimal frills, excellent views and miles of space to ramble over a variety of creature comforts on-site. Walkers, cyclists, expedition groups and outdoor enthusiasts of all ages can explore the lush settings and scoot back home in time for yet another spectacular sunset in summer. On a day of good weather, the site looks out towards Morecambe Bay, affording jaw-dropping vistas of Ingleborough, one of the famed Three Peaks. The campsite rests at the side of a road, screened so well by trees that an occasional group often drive past by mistake. Guests are an ideal mile from the nearby village of Ingleton, renowned for its spectacular limestone scenery, thundering waterfalls, and vast caves. Moorgarth Farm also rests on the fringes of the Yorkshire Dales Park, providing active types with access to various open-air recreations. The quiet site is a true paradise for true campers, providing the most basic of amenities. Facilities are limited to toilets, hot showers, a washing up area, and drinking water points.
