Rukins Campsite Park Lodge is a beautiful campsite by the river, offering guests the opportunity to unwind and forget the hectic pace of the rat race. The owners do not take bookings and rely on a first-come, first-served booking policy, so be sure to visit early to reserve your pitch. Stretch your legs by following the river, and uncover several small yet beautiful waterfalls on this gorgeous stretch of the river. The camping field boasts panoramic views of the lovely Kisdon Hill and valley, with views extending down to Muker. Active types following the Coast2Coast, Pennine Way or the Herriot Way often make this handy site a spot for resting their heads for the night. A farm teashop sells basic provisions, light refreshments, ice creams, plus hot and cold drinks. Tents, tourers and pets are welcome.
