Old Station Caravan Park is a cracking, family-friendly base for escaping the smog-filled cities for fresh air, green open spaces and the chance to swap your jarring alarm clock for the soothing sounds of birdsong and the wind rustling through the trees and tall grass. Old Station Park is a quiet, well-established holiday park positioned on the site of a now disused railway station. The campsite rests on the eastern portion of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, offering campers a spectacular rural setting, with access to the nearby town of Masham, which holds cafes and pubs to pursue at a pace of choice. The park has grass pitches with electricity and fully-serviced plots for tents, small campervans, motorhomes and caravans. A range of excellent amenities are cleaned regularly and consist of the standard toilet and shower block with hot water, a pot washing area, drinking water points, a laundry room, gas exchange, chemical disposal, a communal kitchen, and a fridge with a freezer. Designated disabled-friendly features are available, and there is a well-stocked shop on the premises. A new café and restaurant serving delicious local food will be available for guest use soon. Nearby, Masham brims with plenty to see and do, including breweries, golf, fishing and walking. Pets are most welcome.
