Chestnut Farm Caravan Park is a family-managed business dating back over 120-years. The first caravan on the site was recorded in 1899, making this one of the oldest campsites in Britain. The park continues to grow and develop with the addition of new glamping abodes and updated amenities. The site enjoys a quiet position near the shimmering River Ouse, in the beautiful village of Acaster Malbis, which holds tranquil woodland, miles of open farmland and several picturesque cottages dotting the scenic area. Guests are ideally positioned 4½ miles (or 15-minutes) from the historic city of York, making it an ideal base for exploring the city and other settlements in the area.
