The quiet site rests in the striking North Tyne Valley, almost on top of the famous Hadrian's Wall, providing an unrivalled sense of tranquillity throughout your stay. Rumble over in your small campervan, motorhome, or caravans, and set up camp on a grass or hardstanding plot with optional electric meters. Traditional campers are more than welcome to pitch up, kick back and enjoy the tranquil settings, paired with excellent on-site amenities. There are a limited number of electric hook-ups, so make sure to book yours in advance. Facilities on the premises are clean and well-maintained, including the standard toilet block, hot showers, pot washing area, laundry room, drinking water points and disabled-friendly conveniences. Find a spot that takes your fancy on one of two camping fields and settle in for a relaxing escape. The site serves as an excellent base for walking and cycling, with numerous scenic footpaths and trails crisscrossing the surrounds. The camping barn features a dormitory-style setup, with sleeping space for eleven and access to all camping amenities. Well-behaved canines are more than welcome to tag along but must remain on a lead at all times.
