Woodview is a peaceful and compact Camping and Caravanning Club Certificated Site owned by the welcoming Black family, who look forward to sharing their peaceful haven with like-minded guests. The site rests in the small village of Catterlen, an easy half mile from the M6 at Junction 41, and provides weary travellers with a beautiful base to break a trip to Scotland or make a centre point for exploring the area. The market town of Penrith is a trifling 5-minute distance away, and the must-see hotspots, like Lake Ullswater, Carlisle, Keswick, and Kendal, all rest within a 30-minute drive or less. Sate post-exertion appetites at the friendly pub, The Sun Inn, in Newton Reigny, located a quick 30-min stroll away. All pitches are on hardstanding, serviced by electric meters, and share access to basic amenities. Dogs are welcome.
