The campsite was built more for fishing and does not offer a long list of amenities like the more commercial campsites. Nature lovers can savour the peaceful atmosphere or head out on quiet walks to observe local wildlife, while the fishing enthusiasts sit back and wait for a catch at a lake of choice. Amenities are clean and updated, including the essentials like a toilet block, hot showers, a washing-up area, drinking water taps, and chemical disposal. Fishermen can keep their beers chilled in the fridge with the freezer or head to one of the nearby pubs post-fishing. Free-range eggs are available for sale, and pets are welcome
