Golden Grove Caravan Park is a compact and reputed adults-only site, tucked away on private parkland, hidden by parkland trees offering ample seclusion from the outside world. The site rests on the private parkland of Saling Grove, designed in 1793 by landscape designer Humphry Repton. This small, independently run site extends over several acres and offers campers a choice of grass and hardstanding plots, all kitted out with electric meters. The friendly family team take great care to provide guests with a peaceful and spacious site, devoid of bawling babies and rambunctious kids thundering past your pitch at the crack of dawn. Come by for extended escapes and shorter breaks and appreciate the stunning scenery, paired with excellent amenities at this Camping and Caravan club approved site. Each caravan pitch has private electric connections and a water supply. No electric meters are provided for tent camping unless requested. There is a range of clean and updated features for communal use, including toilets, hot showers, a washing up area, a laundry room, chemical disposal, recycling and kitchen conveniences. There are several excellent pubs nearby serving a range of alcoholic beverages and meals, including The Bell in the village of Panfield, the fox in Finchingfield, and The Swan at Felsted. Dogs are welcome.
