Home Farm Fishery, as the name implies, is a dandy spot for anglers who enjoy a no-frills camping escape. This basic yet pleasant and serene site is owned by a farmer Paul and his cheery wife, who are most hospitable, and welcome campers to pitch in any corner they prefer. There are no real facilities on the campsite, barring drinking water taps and chemical disposal. This creates a handy spot for a quick stopover or a fishing escape for those with onboard facilities. Set up camp by the lakes, and enjoy outstanding fishing courtesy of two pretty, well-stocked lakes ideal for beginners and seasoned fisherfolk. The site rests on the edge of Little Walden, close to the amenities of the picturesque medieval town of Saffron Walden, which boasts a rich heritage. Well-behaved canine companions are welcome on the property.
