Long Meadow Campsite rests in the heart of the New Forest National Park, where the noise and rush of modern-day life melt into the distance. Switch up hectic mornings on congested trains and maddening rush hour traffic for the freedom to lie in, breathe in the fresh air, drink in delightful open spaces, and the peaceful countryside. The site is perfect for spending idyllic days, exploring meandering streams, leafy, quiet paths, and lovely open heathland at a pace of choice. Feel free to explore the area on foot or pedal along viewsome routes, soaking in the scenery at a speed of choice, with well-deserved breaks for grub and drinks in quaint villages along the way. If open-air adventures are not quite your cup of tea, opt to kick back on-site with a cold glass of choice, and watch the local wildlife, and soak in the stunning backdrops as deer and free-roaming ponies graze nearby. The refreshing atmosphere paired with an excellent position in the New Forest may seem like one is miles away from civilization. Yet, the picturesque village of Brockenhurst, with shops, pubs and restaurants, is a short stroll from the premises. Spend a day pottering around the village and make friends with the donkeys and ponies roaming the streets. Dogs are welcome.
