There are several National Trust properties nearby, and the spa town of Tunbridge Wells, just 15-minutes away, is an excellent stop for dining and indulging in an afternoon or two of shopping. Visit a world-famous church with stunning Marc Chagall windows a smooth 7-minutes’ away at the picturesque village of Tudely; best enjoyed when the sun is setting. There are several lovely old pubs, under a 10-minute drive from the campsite. Many serve food made with fresh local produce that pairs wonderfully with excellent ales. Several fishing lakes in the area and a handily located lake on the farm’s lane make it easy for angling enthusiasts to enjoy their sport throughout their stay. The most famous trout fishing spot, Bewl Bridge reservoir, rests a mere 15-minutes away, and the beaches of Camber or Hastings rest a smooth half-hour distance away. Guests who live in London can use this site as a base for a quick weekend break, with the fast train to the city located a smooth 5-minute drive away. Dogs are welcome.
