Ocknell Longbeech Caravan Camping Site is a staple base for guests who want to enjoy the delights of the ancient woodland, rolling cornfields, and wild heathland of the renowned New Forest National Park. This glorious campsite blends quiet, open, green areas nestled amid the trees and ferns with roomy, open pitches, all confined by the leafy trees of the forest. The beautiful site brims with character, providing fortunate guests with a tranquil atmosphere, striking backdrops, and the chance to observe free-roaming New Forest ponies with ease quietly. Little ones can enjoy a well-deserved break from textbooks and screens to run wild in the lovely green and safe spaces on offer. The nippers can build dens in the forest, chase one another, and frolic under the sun while parents take a break from the rambunctious youngsters to soak in the scenery with or without a cold drink of choice in hand. There are two campsites located right next to each other to provide campers with a contrast of surroundings. Ocknell is a cracking heathland site with jaw-dropping countryside vistas, while Longbeech offers sheltered pitches in ancient Beechwood. Please note that this is a back to basics camping experience, with no hot water or toilets at Longbeech, and there are no showers on both. Dogs are welcome.
