Chequertree Fishery And Campsite

Chequertree Fishery And Campsite

Located: Campsites in Ashford, Kent

Chequertree Fishery and Campsite is where earnest anglers and adventuring sorts enjoy a combination of excellent on-site fishing with easy access to the local area. It is ideal for wives and angling-enthused husbands to enjoy their time away from the bustling cities. This welcoming site is now in its 30th-year and is reputed for its immaculate and excellent amenities, paired with shimmering coarse and trout fishing lake. Anglers can join in the numerous events that take part in this attractive fishery and campsite, with facilities comparing splendidly with other sites, drawing it day visitors. Sign up for open match competitions, Angling Club days, and enjoy a chinwag with fellow fishermen and fisherwomen as you sip on a cold drink of choice and wait for a catch. Experienced anglers, beginners, families, and the young and old alike are invited to blend relaxation and open green spaces with a passion for angling. The lakes are stocked with various species, including common, perch, mirror, tench, crucian, bream, leather, and grass carp. A fishing coach offers lessons for guests who want to improve their fly fishing. There are optional electric grass pitches for tents and touring vehicles, alongside basic amenities, like a toilet block, hot water, and drinking water taps. Sorry, pets are not allowed on the premises.
