The Finches Caravan and Camping Site enjoys a prime location in Maidstone, a mere 2-miles from the J8 of the M20. The site provides adventuring sorts with a comfortable and relaxing base for traditional tent camping, touring and glamping stays, complete with clean and modern amenities. There are 20 caravan plots, all on hardstanding with a grass base between for a feeling of privacy and space for stretching out. Mains electricity and water points are provided to each pitch, and there are grey waste disposals around the campsite. Touring campers are welcome to pitch an awning at no added cost. Standard amenities include toilet blocks, showers with lashings of hot water, drinking water points, chemical disposal, and a laundry room. The tent camping field rests among a former Christmas Tree plantation, enabling guests to enjoy privacy from fellow campers. Glamping enthusiasts can book the glamping pod set in a personal pitch and huddle around the fire pit for cosy crackling campfires under the starry sky. The pod has access to electricity, and the owners allow groups of more than two to pitch tents around the pod at a modest fee.
