Take a trip not so far back in time at the renowned Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway, where one can puff pleasantly through the viewsome marshlands to Dungeness in steam trains. The warm coastal sands of Folkestone rest an hour away and serve as a fab stop for beachy days out. Explore the wild and feathered at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve, just 20-minutes’ away by car, or opt to unwind on-site with a sizzling alfresco barbie- the choice is yours.
