There are no marked pitches, and free spirits are welcome to set up camp in a corner that takes their fancy and soak in fantastic scenery over the Medway valley and the picturesque village of Penshurst. Uninterrupted vistas also extend approximately 15-miles towards the small town of Westerham. Pitch your tent or park up in your small campervans, motorhome or caravan on non-electric grass plots and savour the thrills of camping out under the stars. Basic amenities include a toilet block, drinking water taps, and chemical disposal. The owners encourage guests to enjoy the delights of a crackling campfire, with zero restrictions other than to use common sense. A bar, restaurant and public transport are available under a mile’s distance from the campsite. Open-air pursuits like fishing and wild swimming are available nearby.
