We believe we`ve created and developed a caravan park that is unique, and affords an unrivalled level of comfort, peace and tranquillity in the area.
The uniqueness is in the fact that our Park is designed to cater exclusively for Adults Only over 14 years old, ensuring that the peace and tranquillity elements of our creation are protected as much as possible.
Nestled within and surrounded by picturesque Suffolk farmland, yet a ten-minute drive takes you to the coast, where you can choose to explore the coastline on foot or stop in the car and enjoy the vast expanse of ocean and sky and observe those embracing their chosen ocean sports.
Touring Pitches
We welcome adults only touring caravans and Motorhomes. who may choose to stay for maybe a long weekend, or enjoy an extended mid-week break in the heart of the idyllic Suffolk Countryside.
Our facilities block has recently been modernised and is maintained to a high standard daily. Our showers are generous in size, and the facility block is always heated.
The laundry room includes washers, dryers, and a utility sink. The area for chemical waste is also located adjacent to the facility block.
Seasonal Pitches
Our seasonal pitches are level grass pitches, generous in size, allowing space for a caravan, awning, car, and even room to make an outside sitting area with space for your dog to relax too.
The pitches have great drainage, and the grass, where we can access, is maintained weekly. The rest of the pitch is yours for the season to look after, and you can use the surrounding beds to plant and make your holiday getaway even more special.
This friendly, adults-only site rests in idyllic, peaceful settings, enclosed by the lush beauty of the picturesque Suffolk countryside. The superb position affords easy access to the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast and more great days out. Guests can opt to don walking shoes or hop on bikes and uncover the scenic environs, complete with winding trails and footpaths. Nature lovers can gawp at various local species, while history buffs explore cities and attractions brimming with historical gems.
Thalassophiles can enjoy sun-filled days on the beautiful coast nearby, complete with space for the young ones to stretch out, run and build sandcastles while parents soak in the sunshine, sip on a cold drink of choice and keep a lazy eye on the antics.
The owners take great pride in offering guests a peaceful, comfortable space to park up and appreciate the gentler pace of rural life. There are grass plots with optional electric connections for small campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Seasonal bases and static holidays for sale are also available. Cooped-up canines are most welcome to trot along for a well-earned hol with their well-behaved owners.
