Lower Gages Farm is a peaceful and welcoming campsite nuzzled on the lush grounds of a quiet, family-friendly farm. Soak in the stunning open green landscape and listen to the distance mooing of resident Pedigree Hereford cattle paired with the trills of birdsong and the wind rustling through the leafy treetops, and feel the stress and complexities of modern life melt into the distance. Set aside a day or two to explore the lush countryside on foot, refuelling and pottering around the market towns of Dorking and Horsham, set on each side of the farm. This compact Camping and caravan club certificated site welcomes just five touring vehicles ensuring unrivalled peace and the freedom to stretch out and escape into nature, unlike the larger, more commercial campsites in the area. This is a grassed campsite with one hardstanding pitch. Non-members are welcome to sign up at the site to access the quiet camping field and similar Camping and Caravanning Club Sites in the area. Stock up on local produce and other camping essentials at the thriving markets at Horsham, or let the kids run wild in the park area and leisure centre in town. There are pleasant walks and excellent geocaching trails in the area. Dogs are welcome.
