Amberley Fields Caravan Club Site is primarily a storage and base pitch site with a small number of plots set alongside the Gatwick runway. The site is ideal for guests needing a place to rest their heads for the night and plane spotters who can watch as aeroplanes take to the skies. Guests can make Amberley Fields the centre-point for exploring this corner of West Sussex, or head out for adventures in England’s cosmopolitan capital, set a mere half-hour train ride from Gatwick. Set our sights on the south for the sea and lively resorts like Brighton, or rumble over to nearby Crawley to give your credit card a workout as you dive into its vast shopping opportunities. Touring pitches are generously spaced out and rest near the A23, making it a very convenient spot for overnight stops, weekend breaks and extended stays. Pitch up on hardstanding plots with electric meters for small campervans, motorhomes, and caravans, with the cost of electricity added to your pitch fee. The toilet blocks are often closed for cleaning from 11 am to 12 noon, including the disabled toilet and shower amenities located in the same block. There is a laundry room, drinking water points, gas exchange and rock pegs from the on-site shop, and Wi-Fi access. Pets are welcome, and barbeques are encouraged as long as they remain off the grass.
