The kids can frolic in the green open spaces, head out for family-friendly days out, and toddle on the golden sand beaches, building sandcastles, exploring rock pools, and digging into refreshing ice creams as the gentle waves lap the shore. Couples and groups of friends can totter back from Camelford’s pubs, take scenic strolls through the area, scout around excellent surfing spots, bask in the sunshine on the beach, and head out for fancy dinners Padstow. Nature lovers can escape the bustling towns and cities for miles of open scenery at Bodmin Moor, while hardy hikers tackle a walk to the moor’s second highest peak, Roughtor. Make your way up to Brown Willy in another hour for spectacular scenery from Cornwall’s highest point, Brown Willy. Guests are warmly invited to help the team pick fruit and vegetables or help feed the farm animals and snack on a reward of hot chocolate and toast post-exertion.
