The camping field rests in an ancient orchard in Helston, surrounded by trees, creating the ideal atmosphere for kicking back and relaxing. Families will find the site’s proximity to Flambards Theme Park an enticing draw. The wee ones will love building sandcastles, exploring rock pools, flying kites and frolicking on glorious, 3-miles of sandy shingle beach at Porthleven, located a handy 10-minute drive away. Kids and adults with a taste for adrenaline can sign up for water-based antics like paddleboarding, then tuck into some hearty Cornish fare at one of several excellent eateries around the settlement. The South West Coast Path is also a 10-minute drive away and just dandy for windy strolls and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. End the day huddled around the campfire, or head back to base with bits to sizzle on the grill at sunset. The owners are incredibly welcoming and happy to answer any questions you may have about the local area. Wee World offers non-electric grass plots and welcomes dogs.
