Stunning sea views, spectacular sunsets, direct access to the sandy beach at Widemouth Bay, and pet-friendly camping makes for an excellent holiday at Sandparks Campsite. Despite its short opening months of Jul, August and September, Sandparks is a popular base for all kinds of seaside escapes in Bude. Guests can pitch or park on optional electric grass plots and enjoy effortless access to the coastal villages, buzzing towns and sprawling coastlines nearby. A 30-minute stroll or a short ride on the regular bus service leads into Bude and the surroundings, making it easy to get about without a car. Bus 95 stops a wee distance from the entrance and is excellent for getting about in summer. If you’re more interested in relaxing with a cold drink of choice in hand, simply stroll to the pub on-site, and pick up some nibbles from the restaurant next door. An on-site shop also stocks essentials, and surf hire is available by the field. Pets are welcome.
