The site is perfect for relaxing breaks from the stresses and schedules of modern life, so come on over and kick back amid ferns, clusters of vivid yellow iris and a shimmering lake. You’ll enjoy a delightful combination of beautifully wild yet manicured camping space that blends into the scenic surroundings, while the gentle sounds of the waves lapping the shores just down the road add a harmonic background throughout your stay. The site rests a mere half-mile from the snaking routes leading to the windswept South West Coast Path, and the nearest beach is a wee bit further ahead. Spend your days rambling from one beach to the next, or head further inland to browse the shops in the picturesque village of Hartland. Laze by shimmering streams fringed with brightly-coloured wildflowers, or bask in the sunshine as the kids frolic on the safe sandy stretches of beach. There are ten cabins, of which eight are ideal for families, with an extra set of bunk beds. Couples or families with young kids can book cabins with king-sized beds and a sofa bed. The abodes feature fully-equipped kitchens, double glazing, and access to a roomy barbeque hut. Sorry, no pets are allowed at present.
