Ruda Holiday Park

Ruda Holiday Park is set directly beside the golden sands of Croyde Bay in North Devon, making it an excellent choice for beach holidays, surfing and coastal escapes. The park offers seasonal touring and camping pitches for tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans, alongside glamping accommodation, caravans, lodges and holiday houses, catering to families, couples and groups of all sizes.

Guests can enjoy an extensive range of on-site facilities, including the Cascades Tropical Fun Pool with its flume, lazy river and jacuzzi, children's play areas, family entertainment, restaurants, cafés, takeaway outlets, a supermarket, surf shops, launderette and EV charging points. A variety of activities and entertainment are available throughout the season for both children and adults.

Ruda enjoys a prime location on the South West Coast Path, with direct access to Croyde Bay and easy reach of Woolacombe Beach and Saunton Sands. The surrounding area is ideal for coastal walks, surfing, and exploring picturesque North Devon villages, while attractions such as Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park, Diggerland Devon and The Big Sheep are all within driving distance.

The holiday park is accessible by road via the M5 and A361 towards Braunton and Croyde. Barnstaple railway station is approximately 10 miles away, and a bus stop is conveniently located outside the park, providing public transport connections for guests travelling without a car.

Accessible facilities include wheelchair-friendly public areas, adapted accommodation with ramp access and wet rooms, accessible pool facilities, and designated parking spaces. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the public areas, and free WiFi is available in the main facilities, with dedicated accommodation WiFi available for an additional charge.

Ruda forms part of the North Devon UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and the UK's only World Surf Reserve. The park is committed to sustainability through renewable energy initiatives, recycling programmes, wildlife conservation, beach clean events and environmentally responsible practices, helping to protect the surrounding coastline for future generations.
