The Dorset countryside has terrific walking routes and plenty of attractions to suit all tastes and abilities. Take a stroll not far from your generous pitch for some peaceful, viewsome walks, followed by well-earned cream teas and stunning countryside scenery. Set on the fringes of Moreton village, this splendid site rests amid lush woodland on a form on the shimmering River Frome. Horse riders can clip-clop down viewsome bridleways while cyclists soak up the Purbeck scenery on well-marked paths. If the coastline is more your vibe, mosey over to the eastern edge of the Jurassic Coastline and marvel at the chalk cliffs that lead to the famed fossil hunting hotspot. The picturesque settings of The Walled Garden are ideal for families and couples who can spend quiet days wandering the gardens, sit down for alfresco barbeques, and enjoy the cosy comforts of a crackling campfire at dusk.
