The Dome Garden is the perfect base for a luxury camping stay, in arguably one of the UK’s best woodlands. Open space, heaps of fresh air and the freedom to enjoy a relaxed pace of life are the orders of the day at this fab, eco-friendly site. Guests are welcome to sweep into their sumptuous, unique shelters and enjoy an excellent array of creature comforts that take the stress out of traditional camping. Ancient trees surround this landscaped park with three hotel-style rooms and eleven eco pods nestled around communal areas. Owner Johnny and his friendly family came up with the idea for the dome garden following the successful construction of a roomy snowdome with sleeping space for ten. When the unit melted, the family agreed to invest in more permanent structures, and the Dome Garden came to life. The garden boasts a village feel and has a very sociable atmosphere, allowing older guests to get acquainted with fellow campers while the wee one’s make friends on the rope swings or the treehouse. A cleverly laid out garden ensures guests have the freedom to kick back in privacy or join in the evening fun around the communal pizza oven. Sorry, no pets allowed.
