Exe Valley Caravan Site is a stunning adults-only camping space, ideally hidden away in a quiet wooded valley amid the lush surroundings of the Exmoor National Park. The spacious grass and hardstanding pitches with optional electric meters rest in a lovely, well-maintained camping field boasting stunning vistas and a chance to set up camp alongside the shimmering River Exe, which borders one side of the camping field. The abundance of wildlife is ideal for guests who want to wake up to the warbles and trills of birdsong and spend the day lazing on-site with bevvies and sightings of local critters. At night, the silence of the countryside is only broken by the hooting of owls, the occasional croak of a frog, and the hum of crickets as they forage for food and do cricket things. The active types needn’t wander far for open-air explores and adventures. Several scenic footpaths are winding right from the campsite snake through the moors, and the location is just dandy for camping and countryside loving folk. Arrays of excellent attractions nearby make it easy to explore the area with ease, so go ahead and marvel at the Red Deer and Exmoor ponies roaming over the stunning heather-clad moors, or head out for dips and fishing in the sparkling, clear rivers and streams nearby. Pets are welcome.
