Greenacres Camping is a friendly and spacious space for fun-filled, family-friendly escapes near Glastonbury, Cheddar, Wookey Hole, Longleat, and Wells. The site is thoughtfully laid out with families in mind, and the friendly owners have created a safe and peaceful camping space on a four and a half-acre field, with 40 generously spaced pitches spread out around the border. Unlike larger, more commercial parks, Greenacres Camping does not offer the usual visual electronic entertainment, focusing instead on good old fashioned outdoor fun, classic old-fashioned toys, and activities. The kids can spend happy hours larking in the sun and playing on the see-saws, swings, bikes, and Wendy's houses. Exercise the mind and the body with a vast collection of carefully-selected books for both kids and adults. There's plenty of time to top up your tan and dive into a world woven by words as the kids frolic and enjoy the space to run.
