The site rests on a gently undulating sloping valley on the Mendip Hills fringes and is close to Britain’s smallest city – Wells. Guests who favour open countryside and stunning views will enjoy the laidback camping atmosphere and big skies stretching out in almost every direction. Expect glorious rural scenery at every turn, an abundance of wildlife, and a beautiful camping atmosphere with like-minded outdoor adventurers. Guests can opt to lean back in outdoor chairs with sighs of contentment or don walking boots to explore the bustling towns of Glastonbury, Cheddar and Shepton Mallet nearby. Swap countryside for coastal fun with a drive to Weston-Super-Mare, Burnham-On-Sea and Clevedon. Woodlands Certificated Location welcomes tourers and pets.
