Longleat Caravan Club Site is a unique spot for a camping hol, offering guests an unrivalled feature – the chance to hear the intimidating roars of lions from the comfort of your cosy bed. While one may imagine wild lions freely roaming the campsite, the site is perfectly free of ambling carnivores and other predators. The site rests right by the world-renowned Longleat Safari Park, enfolded by the parkland with easy access to several attractions in the area. Club members can also apply for a handy discount to the park, ensuring relatively cost-effective ways to educate and tire the nippers out in one go. There are two cosy pubs located within a 2-mile radius, and a short drive leads into the vibrant towns of Bath and Bristol, which boast a wealth of activities and attractions for all ages. Bath is famed for its historical importance and offers guests a splendid space to wander from the famous Roman Baths, through streets brimming with Georgian architecture, to the home of renowned literary author Jane Austen. Guests who want to explore further can use this quiet campsite as a base for exploring locations like Stonehenge and Avebury. Alternately, feel free to kick back on-site and soak up the enticing views of the expansive and manicured Longleat Estate. Pets are welcome.
