Lickisto Blackhouse Camping is a stunning wild camping spot with excellent amenities, spectacular views, and an array of camping options to suit all budgets and tastes. The compact site rests on an old croft over 10 acres and offers space for three campervans with electric meters, tent pitches, and fully-equipped yurts, providing the comforts of home and then some. A mix of optional electric grass and hardstanding plots are nuzzled amid grassy areas, affording lovely views over the shimmering ocean and the enclosing rocky hills. The yurts (one pet-friendly and the other pet-free) feature a double and single wanton, a wood burner for keeping warm, and a camping stove to make delicious meals, best enjoyed around the campfire under the stars. Campfires are encouraged, and guests can purchase fresh bread and eggs from the owner.
