The Garrison Motorhome Site is a stunning base for adventures in north Ayreshire, nestled in the heart of Millport on the sprawling manicured grounds of Garrison House. The site is relatively new, having opened in July 2021, and is quickly proving to be a hotspot for campervan and motorhome users who enjoy the peaceful settings and long list of open-air pursuits available in the immediate surrounding area. Bring walking boots, binoculars, and swimming gear to explore the area's winding walking paths, wild swimming spots and thriving birdlife. Tourist hotspots like the Museum of the Cumbraes, Cathedral of the Isles and The Robertson Museum and Aquarium at the Field Studies Council are within easy reach, ensuring plenty to keep all ages and abilities entertained. The Garrison House and Courtyard is a handy café for sorting nibbles and rests on the grounds of Garrison House. Please note that there are no showers or washrooms on-site. Pets are welcome
