Catrine House is a cracking base for caravan, campervans and motorhome users who prize peace and quiet over an extensive list of amenities of the larger parks. This adults-only site enjoys a scenic rural location and rests on a 40-acre farm surrounded by woodland and open countryside. Guests who prefer to stay near the base are welcome to explore the wildlife walks and direct access to the fishing courtesy of the sparling Ayr river fishing. Fans of Robert Burns can explore the poet's humble childhood home and follow in his footsteps with a well-earned pint at Poosie Nansies Inn. Ayr is a fantastic base for coastal capers and beach paddling: however, there is more to enjoy nearby. For more activity, mosey onto the riding centre or hit off a tee at the Catrine House and a golf course. Pets are welcome.
