Awelfryn Caravan Park is a lovely, spacious site spread out on two lush acres of a grassy meadow, on the fringes of a peaceful forestry enterprise land. The campsite serves as n excellent base for exploring all that Anglesey has to offer, just a short trot from a golden sand beach. The camping site is level and affords jaw-dropping views over to the beautiful Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. The site welcomes tents, campervans, motorhomes and caravans to set up camp on generous grass plots with or without electric hookups. Awelfryn is a back-to-basics campsite and does not offer the usual frills of larger, high-density parks. Facilities are straightforward and include a toilet block, hot showers, washing up area, drinking water access, and a fridge with a freezer compartment to store produce and meats, or chill bevvies during the sweltering summer months. Sit back and soak in the sweeping Welsh landscapes with a cold drink of choice in hand and feel the stress of everyday life melt away as you bask in the serene atmosphere at Awelfryn Park. There are several tranquil walking and cycling paths nearby including a one-mile walk or cycle through the Newborough Forest, leading to the lovely Llanddwyn Island and a vast, sandy beach. Pets welcome.
