Tyddyn Du Touring Park

The award-winning Tyddyn Du Touring Park is the perfect base for a caravan or camping vacation in North Wales. The adults-only park is a popular spot for serene settings and spectacular sea views. The site often makes the list of Top 100 Sites Award listings and is pretty well-known with readers of Practical Caravan, and Practical Motorhome. Set on the stunning North Wales coast, this picturesque campsite is peaceful and informal, looking out to the lovely Puffin Island, and the Isle of Anglesey on the west. Look to the east to see the famed Great Orme of Llandudno in the east. Owner Pam maintains top-notch facilities for her guests and looks forward to welcoming you warmly to her peaceful site. Nestled at the base of the Carneddau Mountains, Tyddyn Du welcomes campervans, motorhomes, caravans, tents, and trailer tents. All pitches come with a 16 amp electric hookup and easy access to water. Elsan points are linked together with a public phone. Wi-Fi is available at the site alongside Butane and Propane gas. The toilet and shower block are perhaps the primary focus after the stunning views. The block is a de-luxe facility with great care and attention to detail, making it an absolute joy to use. Other facilities include a well-equipped laundry room, with a tumble dryer, a washing machine, iron and ironing board paired with a steady flow of hot water. Guests can hop on the public transport available close to the campsite entrance or hire a local taxi into town.
