The small, family-run Kings Orchard Caravan Park lies in a generous twenty lush acres of peaceful countryside with easy access to the lively, historic city of Lichfield. The well-maintained site rests on a verdant acre of lawns and flower garden, creating the ideal atmosphere for campers in search of heaps of space, peace and stunning views. The secluded camping field is the perfect place to unwind and offers heaps of seclusion with mature trees and hedgerow sheltering the campground on three sides. A generous sprinkling of picnic tables and free barbeques across the site afford guests the freedom to warm up the charcoal and savour an alfresco meal at any time of the day. The site accommodates five pitches with electric and water points as well as ten non-CL pitches that welcome campers throughout the year. Shared facilities include modern toilet blocks, hot showers, and a communal kitchen. There is a separate area for six tents that share access to the shower facilities, barbeque area and the fire pit. Waste disposal facilities are available. Take a relaxing walk along the banks of the gleaming canal via the gate that leads to the canal towpath. Adults, kids and well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay over at the sensibly priced site which is close to numerous attractions including Tamworth Castle, Drayton Manor, and the National Memorial Arboretum.
