Set on a working farm, the family-run Merthyr Farm is a beautiful campsite perfectly placed on the on a rolling hill with stunning three-sixty panoramas of lush countryside, majestic mountains and the glittering sea draped along the horizon. This picturesque farm site is the perfect place for weary souls to shake off the stress of everyday life in favour of spectacular sunsets, and romantic rural terrain devoid of the smog, bustle, and concrete. Welcoming guests for over forty years, Merthyr Farm is a perfect holiday location for families and rests within an extensive three hundred and fifty-acre farm. The land is made up of grass which feeds the owners thirty pedigree Welsh Black Cows, and a large flock of breeding ewes and mules. The wee ones will enjoy the lambing and calving seasons and are welcome to help the Roberts family feed the animals on the farm. Moss, a handsome canine, will be the first to greet you as you arrive at the campsite. Snowdonia is a delight to discover and offers a wealth of attractions and activities for all ages. The lovely village of Llandanwg is a trifling five-minute drive from the site and boasts of a splendid beach that is ideal for rock pooling. Tents, caravans, and motorhomes are welcome. There are seasonal pitches and optional electric if required.
