Ideally placed for climbs and hikes, Llwyn Celyn Bach is a friendly campsite set at the base of Mount Snowdon, in the picturesque village of Llanberis. The back to basics site is an excellent base for adventures in the rugged Welsh landscape and enjoys easy access to local facilities like shops, pubs, and restaurants. Head out for explores in the mountains, or wander across mist-clad moors and uncover a range of exciting outdoor attractions and adventures suited for campers of all ages and abilities. The peaceful site rests on a working farm that breeds Welsh mountain sheep and mixed breed beef cattle who are often seen grazing on the lush landscape or trying to have a cheeky nose around the tens through the fences that separate the camping area. Snowdon is easily reached directly from the site, and there is no need to secure a parking space. Follow the Llanberis path or make your way to the top via a longer route that joins the Snowdon Ranger Path. The site is best suited for those with love for the outdoors and does not offer a range of facilities like the more commercial site. Communal amenities include a toilet block, washing up area, and laundry.
