Windmills Caravan Park is a compact, friendly site set on a peaceful hill above lively Tenby, affording spectacular sea views. The park serves as an excellent base for unwinding and soaking in the countryside's sights and sounds in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, sprinkled with historical attractions. The cheery owners aim to offer a personal service and are at hand to clear niggling doubts and show campers to their pitches. The camping area rests on a gently sloping site and consists of spacious, fully-serviced and seasonal plots. There are no showers or toilet blocks, but there are drinking water taps and chemical disposal. Enjoy scenic walks around the area, or follow the coastal footpath into Tenby, leading out onto North Beach. To reach Tenby, turn left from the site and follow the Slippery Back, which emerges from peaceful woods onto the Tenby road, and a five-minute walk from town. There is plenty to see and do for all ages and abilities. Families can enjoy great days out at places like Oakwood Theme Park, and Folly Farm which is a hit with the young ones owing to a range of activities like tractor rides, and the chance to pet and feed baby animals.
