So welcome to Rame Head, you'll find it hard to leave after you've explored this enchanting corner of Cornwall. Located near the village of Rame, the rugged headland juts out into the English Channel, offering nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts a stunning coastal playground peppered with golden sand beaches, historical attractions, exceptional wildlife-rich habitats and some of the most scenic walking paths in England. The cliffs and the enclosing landscape form part of the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with a historic chapel at the top of the headland. St. Michael's Chapel, a small 14th-century stone building, was once used as a place of worship and a guide for passing sailors.
