Insurance (Please note that the insurance is based on a person with UK licence and address over 25 and with no convictions or claims). We are able to offer insurance to people who do not fit this, such as international licences, limited claims, just under 25, etc., but we have to request an updated price from the insurance company, which typically is approved but may slightly change the daily price (typically by a few £) and sometimes requires a slightly higher excess. There is strictly no smoking in the van please.
Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises leaving the van overnight
Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you'll risk a cleaning fee of £50
Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required
Couples are welcome however groups such as stag dos and hen parties are not permitted.
Mileage limits (per hire) averaged at 100 miles per day are included in the booking price. You will be charged £0.45p per mile for additional distance travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Goboony's pre- and post-hire checklist.
Fuel – return filled with diesel to the same level as it was when collected. Failure to do this will result in a fuel charge of £2.00 per litre

No free-camping (i.e. illegal camping)
Late returns will incur a minimum of a £50 charge. Failure to return the vehicle on the agreed day will result in charges for the additional days and penalty charges of up to £500 per day.
Tolls or congestion charge zones where you cannot make payment should be agreed upon before the rental commencement or as soon as you know you have incurred a charge. Unpaid charges will incur a penalty of £50 plus any unpaid charges, including penalty charges if incurred.
